It has four complete bedrooms with its own bathroom (two are master bedrooms). There are two additional half-bathrooms. A spacious 150 square meter (1,617 sqft) fully air-conditioned living room, family room and dining area. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large pool deck, gazebo, a covered garage for four cars and maid quarters.

The unit is fully furnished and equipped, and will include lockers for individual owner’s private belongings.
