Membership Summary
Finest Destinations is offering for sale various properties located in world class resort destinations. Ownership to these properties is sold at minimum intervals of four weeks in the form of Corporate Shares.

All properties are governed by a Joint Ownership Plan, similar to those of condominium rules and regulations. However it is designed for this particular type of ownership. Shareholders are bound by the Ownership Plan, Finest Destination Management Company coordinates with all owners to assure a seamless operation.

With purchase of a Share, the new Shareholder automatically becomes a Finest Destination Asset Club Member. With this membership the shareholder is able to use other properties managed by Finest Destinations as well as to exchange with similar properties in other parts of the word not managed or owned by Finest Destinations.

Our properties combine the elegance of owning a private home with the services and amenities of staying at a luxury resort. Finest Destinations Management Services are responsible for coordinating shareholders reservations, services, site activities and amenities as well as property management, repairs and maintenance.
