The Perfect Home

The Villa, Las Cerezas 4, at Casa de Campo Marina & Resort, combine elegant Caribbean décor and architecture with natural elements of the island.

This 425 square meters (4,573 sqft) villa, set on a 2,200 square meters (23,584 sqft) lot, counts, with four complete bedrooms with bathrooms (two master bedrooms) and two additional half-bathrooms.

A spacious 150 square meters (1617 sqft) fully air-conditioned living room, family room and dining area. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large pool with pool deck, gazebo, a covered garage for four cars, and aid quarters.

Carefree Travel

Before and during your stay, your family will be attended by a Personal Residence Concierge. They'll arrange transportation during your stay, help with pre-arrival groceries and coordinate daily housekeeping, meal preparations and waiter services.

Your Residence Concierge will book reservations for tee times, yachts, spa treatments in the Villa, theater, and dining. They'll offer helpful advice on local attractions, or arrange for family excursions. If desire we could hire the best local chef to create a tailored feast for your family and friends.

Our carefully chosen residences are decorated and impeccably maintained, with big screen televisions, designer linens, the best quality ware and cutlery, and state-of-the-art appliances. Our shareholders, even though vacationing, find it difficult to leave the villa.
